Welcome To James Lewis Fitness Personal Training in Northwest London and the surrounding areas.
We offer high quality and bespoke Training at our private studio located in Stanmore, or in the comfort of your home, work place or local park.
As a premier personal training service, we pride ourselves on our expert knowledge regarding all areas of health, exercise and nutrition. We have over 15 years of experience in the health & fitness industry and have helped countless clients change their life for the better by delivering the most effective and up to date training & nutrition programmes possible.
At James Lewis Fitness we offer 1 -1 and small group personal training packages, as well as corporate training packages. whether it be at our private studio/gym or the comfort of your own home! We also provide personal training for junior clients at our facility, meaning any young people from 11 + can get fit and healthy under the supervision of our exercise professionals.
