I signed up for 10 sessions with James and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Along with the 10 sessions I also did the Arbonne 30 day healthy living challenge and achieved such amazing results. I was 6 months post baby and needed not only to lose weight but just to set the foundation for achieving a healthy lifestyle and get myself on a good fitness plan.

I feel stronger, have much more energy and have seen a vast improvement in my fitness level over a few months. A mum of two children under the age of 5 so it was essential I looked after myself and kept my fitness levels high.

We started fitness training with James Lewis recently and was really impressed with the level of knowledge and variation in training routines focusing on all aspects off your body. The studio is full equipped and the focus is on slowly building up your strength,balance and fitness to a good level. The sessions are fun and you don’t even realise how hard your working credit to the PT very personable trainer and flexible around your work so you can get the maximum benefits from training. He also advises on correct nutrition.
